How simple, pretty, and useful are these arrangements of herbs I keep on my counter top?!?

I have many herbs in my garden that we enjoy, but the fact of the matter is we enjoy them MORE when I keep these arrangements on the counter.  You use what you see staring you in the face a lot more often!  The best part, the herbs root and can last WEEKS – yep, can’t beat that!!!!
