Repercussions of the rain…

Well, it looks like “the rain” had a negative impact after all…I noticed my desert willow trees (Chilopsis linearis ‘Bubba’) were dropping leaves – upon closer inspection, I saw ugliness…:(  After researching, it appears both of my trees have Phyllosticta leaf spot (Phyllosticta erysiphoides) infection.I am treating with neem oil every week or two on …
